Frederick Douglass to T[homas] B[urnett] Pugh, September 23, 1869
Rochester. Sept 23.
Mr. T.B. Pugh:
Dear Sir,
I am at your service for one lecture of your course during the approaching season if that shall be agreeable to your wishes. That "Star Course" of yours disappointed me once. May I hope that better luck will attend it this time?
Please let me know your wishes as soon as convenient.
Respectfully yours
Frederick Douglass
