Sir: Your favor reminding me of my failure to state the price of the land for which you thought you could find a purchaser has just reached me, and in reply I beg to state that I shall be in Rochester on the 18th and if it shall then be your pleasure, I will speak to you further of the proposed sale. Respectfully yours.
