FREE DEMOCRACY OF MONROE COUNTY.

Rochester, October 4th, 1852.

Sir:—The FREE DEMOCRACY of Monroe County, friendly to the election of JOHN P. HALE, as President of the United States, will meet at Irving Hall, in Rochester, on Thursday, October 14th, at 11 o'clock, A.M., to nominate a full County Ticket. This meeting is very important. Suitable and proper local candidates should be presented to the Free Democracy of Monroe, in order to bring out a full vote.

The Central County Committee address this Circular to you, in the hope that you will assist in circulating the notice of this meeting in your neighborhood, and to request you to attend, with a full delegation from your town.

Good speakers have been engaged to address the meeting.

HON. CHARLES SUMNER'S unanswerable Speech, recently made in the Senate of the United States, has been published by the Central Committee, for FREE CIRCULATION, and can be had by calling on J. P. FOGG, No. 29 Buffalo street, opposite the Arcade, Rochester.
