MR. F. DOUGLASS:—SIR:—R. D. Webb ofDublin, has sent me his annual account ofvarious receipts and expenditures for Anti-Slavery objects; among them are the following, in which you are interested:

He paid and charges to me, the freight on box sent to Rochester Bazar,£1,3,0
He received (and credits me,) from Dublin Ladies A.S. Society, to pay half the
freight on said Box,14,0
He also received (and credits me,) from Rev. Dr. Hutton,

Are you aware that a considerable box ofMr. Armistead's books and tracts, forwardedby him as a donation, as part of which werefor the Rochester Fair, was lost at sea? theship in which it was forwarded, the "LadyKnight," having been abandoned at sea.
